Many compassionate people have chosen to exclude meat from their diets for good. MIllions even live without eggs, dairy products or honey. Learn from them! You may think it does no good. "I am just one person! What difference would it make?" I have heard this question so many times! You are NOT just one person. Humans have wiped out entire species off the face of the Earth (and still seem to be trying to kill the rest of them too) so if you turn vegan or even jut vegatarian, we are one step closer to the rights for animals that PAW is fighting for! Never underestimate your power!
It's NOT as hard as you think! There is a wide range of foods and plenty of brands who make food suitable for vegans. I used to think that it was far too difficult to stick to veganism but I was wrong. Don't diss it until you've tried it! When you fist become a vegan, you are known as a Vegan In Training or VIT for the first month or so. During this time, there is nothing wrong with having a few non-vegan foods until your body becomes adjusted. After that you can either be a SV (strict vegan, eating only vegan products, ever) or a CV (customised vegan, allowing yourself one non-vegan food such a honey). I am a CV because I have allowed myself to eat free-range eggs.
